About the Role

The medical receptionist serves as the customer service liaison, greeting patients with courtesy and respect while ensuring a seamless experience with registration, scheduling, insurance verification, and billing processes.

Responsibilities

• Greet each patient with courtesy and respect using exceptional communication skills.
• Provide patients with a seamless experience.
• Follow all UHS Policies regarding registration, scheduling, insurance verification and billing.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous medical, administrative and customer service experience
• Proficient PC skills
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology
