About the Role
The medical receptionist serves as the customer service liaison, greeting patients with courtesy and respect while ensuring a seamless experience with registration, scheduling, insurance verification, and billing processes.
Responsibilities
- Greet each patient with courtesy and respect using exceptional communication skills.
- Provide patients with a seamless experience.
- Follow all UHS Policies regarding registration, scheduling, insurance verification and billing.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous medical, administrative and customer service experience
- Proficient PC skills
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology

- $17.05 - $22.17 per hour, depending on experience
