About the Role
FanDuel is seeking an ASO Coordinator to support mobile marketing operations by managing A/B testing, maintaining a content calendar, and coordinating app store submissions. This role involves tracking budgets, setting seasonal checkpoints, and staying updated on industry trends, requiring strong organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage A/B testing processes and documentation.
- Maintain a strategic content calendar.
- Coordinate app store submissions (Apple & Google) in alignment with ASO best practices.
- Track invoices and budget allocations.
- Set seasonal checkpoints for stakeholders.
- Stay current with mobile industry trends.
- Manage a variety of administrative tasks and programs critical to mobile marketing operations.
- Optimize content based on App Store Optimization best practices.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables.
- Maintain accurate documentation.
- Track invoices and budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product, creative, analytics, and finance.
- Contribute to ongoing projects involving content calendar planning and campaign performance analysis.
- Perform other such duties as assigned by the Company.
Requirements
- Minimum of 0 to 2+ years of experience in mobile marketing operations, project coordination, or related field.
- Experience supporting and analyzing A/B testing methodologies and tools (e.g. Apple App Store Connect, Google Play Store Console).
- Familiarity with App Store Optimization (ASO) best practices and app store submission processes.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar platforms.
- Basic financial acumen, including experience with invoice tracking and budget management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to plan and maintain content calendars in alignment with marketing and business goals.
- Self-starter who stays informed on mobile industry trends, news, and performance best practices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate documentation and process tracking.
- Ability to coordinate seasonal planning and stakeholder check-ins to ensure timely execution.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
- Familiarity with mobile app performance metrics and analytics tools (E.g. Sensor Tower, data.ai).
- Prior experience in a mobile-first or digital product environment.
- Exposure to marketing or growth roles within tech or app-based companies.
