About the Role

As an Alternative Investments Support Specialist within the Trading Services team, you will support the Investor community by servicing alternative investments, including private equity funds, hedge funds, and real estate funds. You will collaborate with internal teams and external funds and their administrators. This role offers an opportunity to immerse yourself in the alternatives world, attend training, and participate in senior leader meetings and conferences.

Responsibilities

Develop expertise in a designated set of alternative investments.
Provide comprehensive support to the Investor community for alternative investment products.
Cultivate and manage relationships with hedge/private equity funds and fund administrators.
Oversee the instruction of subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers to hedge fund administrators.
Facilitate capital calls and distributions for private equity funds.
Process and book alternative investment transactions.
Assist in the pricing and reconciliation of hedge/private equity fund positions.
Generate ad-hoc reports for senior management.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree.
Strong understanding of sophisticated financial products.
Advanced proficiency in Excel.
Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment with tight deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal and business communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Team player capable of succeeding in a dynamic “trading desk” environment.
