About the Role

As an Analyst on the investing team, you will play a critical role throughout the entire lifecycle of a deal, assessing new acquisition opportunities, performing analyses, building financial models, managing service providers, and driving acquisitions to close. This role offers unparalleled opportunity to be an integral part of a lean deal team, interface directly with external parties, and work closely with Evergreen’s platform company CEOs.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Rising College Senior (graduating Spring 2027 / December 2026)
Strong academic performance at a leading university (GPA minimum of 3.7)
Investment banking or private equity internship experience
Financial modeling and analytical experience
Baseline understanding of accounting and finance
Interested in investing and learning about new industries
Strong communication skills
Interested in joining a small, entrepreneurial team
Team player who values collaboration and shared success
Ability to work well in ambiguity and enjoy a challenge
Appreciates feedback and loves learning from others
