About the Role

We are seeking an Associate Product Manager to own calebhammer.com as a product portfolio, including courses, financial tools, and content. This role involves decision-making on future development, prioritization, and investment. It's designed as a 'wear-a-few-hats' position, requiring flexibility to handle tasks ranging from writing tickets and QA to writing launch copy and engaging with potential partners. This is an intentionally early-career role for someone eager to grow into product ownership.

Responsibilities

  • Own the website as a product portfolio
  • Own the roadmap for calebhammer.com — the courses, tools, and overall site experience
  • Prioritize across a mixed portfolio and explain tradeoffs
  • Write clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Keep tickets moving with engineering and design
  • QA every release before it ships
  • Grow community and participation
  • Own metrics for engagement: sign-ups, activation, tool usage, course completion, repeat visits
  • Identify drop-off points, form hypotheses, test, and measure results
  • Build feedback loops (support tickets, surveys, reviews, YouTube comments) and translate them into a prioritized backlog
  • Design and launch features and programs to increase audience participation
  • Support go-to-market launches: positioning, lifecycle emails, landing pages, and in-app messaging
  • Convert YouTube viewers into active site users
  • Report on performance with narrative context
  • Identify, pitch, and grow partnerships (tools, content, affiliate, co-marketing)
  • Own day-to-day partner relationships and drive opportunities
  • Bring new partnership opportunities to the company

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in product management, product operations, product marketing, growth, or an adjacent role where you shipped something real
  • Self-starter who identifies and addresses needs proactively
  • Clear writer capable of distilling complex ideas into actionable one-pagers
  • Comfortable with data analysis, including pulling numbers, building funnels, and defending decisions with evidence
  • Comfortable being externally facing and representing the company on calls
  • Organized with project management skills (Linear, ClickUp, Asana, or equivalent)
  • Direct communicator able to give and receive feedback constructively
  • Genuinely excited to wear multiple hats and grow into the role
  • Bought into the mission of helping people improve their financial health
