About the Role

Our bartenders create memorable and unique experiences, going beyond drink preparation to host the space, manage guest service broadly, and ensure the bar functions flawlessly. They build relationships, anticipate guest needs, and maintain a keen eye for detail in all aspects of their work.

Responsibilities

• Create memorable and unique guest experiences.
• Manage guest service broadly.
• Ensure the bar looks and functions flawlessly.
• Build relationships across the hotel and in the community.
• Anticipate and deliver on guest needs.
• Maintain a keen eye for detail in financial transactions, information provided, and drink quality.
• Create a safe workplace.

• Ensure professional uniform and personal appearance.
• Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience.
• No specific license or certification required.
