About the Role

The Manager, Data & Analytics is a key contributor on RMP’s Strategy team, supporting the network's analytics and reporting needs. This role translates data into actionable insights that inform organizational decision-making by maintaining dashboards, producing reports, and partnering with teams to foster a data-driven culture. It requires collaboration, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Produce weekly data pulls on schedule, ensuring accuracy and proper formatting for leadership and staff review.
  • Support the Weekly Data Digest by confirming team submissions and clearly communicating findings.
  • Monitor monthly trends in academics, people, operations, and culture, identifying potential issues early.
  • Build and maintain NST dashboards for independent goal tracking, ensuring they are current and documented.
  • Serve as a data partner to NST and school teams, pulling, cleaning, and analyzing data to support team goals.
  • Manage the Strategy team's ad hoc request intake, including prioritization, progress tracking, and timeline communication.
  • Support quarterly strategic planning by providing historical data and analysis for goal-setting and resource allocation.
  • Provide proactive data training to NST and school leaders to enhance their ability to track network goals.
  • Facilitate regular data reflection sessions with NST and school administration to inform planning and resource decisions.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated expertise in data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
  • Strong proficiency in tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, BI, and SQL.
  • Proven ability to translate complex analysis into clear, decision-ready insights for non-technical audiences.
  • Strong cross-functional instincts and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to conduct rigorous root cause analysis and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Strong change and project management skills.
  • Comfort operating as an analytical partner on complex, multi-team initiatives.
  • High intellectual curiosity and a drive to understand organizational dynamics.
  • Deep commitment to equity and using data to close opportunity gaps.
  • Must be based in Denver, Colorado.
  • Demonstrate Eligibility to Work in the United States.

Salary/Compensations

  • $60,000 to $90,000, based on experience and qualifications.
