About the Role
As a Strategic Finance Partner at Harvey, you will guide the company's financial strategy and planning to support rapid growth and long-term financial health. This cross-functional role partners with executives and teams across the company, providing key insights and financial frameworks for consequential decisions and investments.
Responsibilities
- Build and own core operating models to identify key business drivers and maintain a dynamic forecast.
- Prepare and deliver clear, concise, and insightful financial analyses to support strategic decision-making.
- Uplevel financial infrastructure and reporting by building scalable processes, dashboards, and systems.
- Provide recommendations on financial strategies, investments, and resource allocation.
- Drive annual and long-range planning cycles, including target-setting, budgeting, benchmarking, and scenario analysis.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience, including strategic finance roles at high-growth technology companies.
- Low-ego, high-drive work style with a focus on detail and a high personal bar for quality.
- Strong financial modeling skills and ability to build complex operating models from scratch.
- Experience with unit economics and cost structure analysis.
- Exceptional communication skills to distill complex financial concepts into clear, actionable insights.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward ownership, with a track record of thriving in fast-moving environments.
- Ability to drive stakeholders toward decisions.
