About the Role

Responsible for managing a team that sells business system products and services including printers, copiers, facsimile equipment, and document management solutions. This role requires you to live within a reasonable commuting distance to Dallas, TX or The San Francisco Bay Area.

Responsibilities

  • Manages a team of sales representatives who sell Canon's hardware and software technology-based solutions.
  • Trains, develops, and coaches current and new sales representatives.
  • Achieves 100% of quota through management of a team.
  • Sets clear goals and ensures deadlines are met.
  • Responsible for interviewing, conducting performance reviews, monthly plan and reviews, submitting accurate forecasts, and ride days with representatives.
  • Maintains proficiency in product and promotional knowledge.
  • Maintains and manages all assigned company assets.
  • Completes all required paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 7 years of related experience and management of typically two or more regular full-time employees.
  • Progressive responsibility in sales, industry, and marketing experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of Canon products and competitors.
  • May require up to 10% travel.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must reside in the United States at the time of hire.
  • The Company will not pursue or support visa sponsorship.
