About the Role

The Ads Interface team builds products and features to enable sellers to create, manage, and measure the performance of their advertising campaigns using eBay’s advertising platforms. This role will be responsible for building advertising products specific to eBay’s focus categories such as Collectibles and Auctions, ensuring a scalable monetization strategy while supporting the growth of these vertical segments and eBay programs. You will work closely with senior product managers on other product areas, focusing on driving key initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring execution excellence, while also contributing to broader strategic discussions.

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve vertical advertising experiences for eBay specific programs such as Collectibles and Auctions.
  • Define product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment between long-term vision and near-term execution.
  • Work across multiple customer segments and business groups to define vertical advertising.
  • Drive scalable, data-accurate, and user-friendly advertising solutions, with strong focus on performance, privacy, and data integrity.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (engineering, data science, UX, marketing, GTM) and across customer segments to build cohesive solutions.
  • Prioritize opportunities and backlog using customer insights, industry trends, and business trade-offs, ensuring consistent experiences across desktop, mobile, APIs, and seller ecosystems.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in advertising, data analytics, eCommerce, auctions or business intelligence.
  • BS or MS Degree in a technical field.
  • Driving execution with collaborating on strategic planning with Senior Product Managers and partnering with teams across the company to build clear growth products for key vertical segments.
