About the Role
The Private Bank Senior Associate (PBSA) is a specialist position supporting complex client needs, monitoring and executing client service plans, and handling day-to-day inquiries. The PBSA leverages expertise to manage client service activities, including account opening, asset transfers, and coordinating with specialists to deliver integrated service.
Responsibilities
- Actively support Client Teams in delivering high-quality banking, credit, trust, fiduciary, and investment services to complex Private Bank clients.
- Support fulfillment of large and/or complex client needs across all products.
- Serve as a "triage" point for specialists and service centers for account setup, monitoring, maintenance, wire processing, business and credit card applications, foreign currency orders, and credit and lending.
- Coordinate with specialists (Trust, Family Office, Investments, Custody) and service centers to deliver integrated service and resolve issues.
- Initiate and monitor complex client onboarding, including account opening and asset transfer.
- Handle client inquiries related to onboarding, KYC refresh, and ongoing requests.
- Facilitate digital engagement and fulfillment.
- Interact with clients to complete transactions and account maintenance.
- Manage and execute client transactions for business and individual Bank, credit, and investment products, ensuring adherence to audit and compliance standards.
- Participate in Client Management Process (CMP) activities, supporting a branded client experience and meaningful interactions.
- Develop referrals for credit and Bank products.
- Support Client Team in sales support and administrative functions, including pipeline reporting, marketing, business development, client presentations, expense management, and event coordination.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and legal/regulatory requirements, including client verification.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of Private Banking administrative experience focusing on high net worth client service, support, and sales required.
