About the Role

PNC is seeking analysts for its Corporate & Institutional Banking (C&IB) Financials & Diversified Development Program. This program offers hands-on experience, structured development, and formal learning, including a 6-week credit training program. The goal is to transition analysts from development roles into production roles within PNC's lines of business. The track provides broad exposure to business units within C&IB, focusing on Financial Institutions Group and Diversified Industries Group.

Responsibilities

  • Participates as an analyst in the CCB- Financials & Diversified track development program.
  • Performs or assists core group activities by applying knowledge to drive business results.
  • Works under supervision and may have limited approval and/or exception authority.
  • Participates in social learning within the organization, including networking, mentoring, job shadowing, and community outreach.
  • Participates in formal learning activities and completes related projects.
  • Supports the internal and external customer experience by providing excellent service and ensuring problem resolution.

Requirements

  • Minimum GPA of 3.2.
  • Roles at this level are filled by recent university/college graduates with little or no professional experience but possessing relevant skills.
  • Includes individuals joining the organization through a corporate development/training program.
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
