About the Role

PNC Business Credit is a top asset-based lender seeking analysts to join a 2-year development program. This program equips participants with foundational and transferable skills for a successful career in banking, focusing on analytics, credit, relationship management, sales, and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

  • Performs or assists core group activities by applying knowledge to drive business results.
  • Supports internal and external customer experience by providing excellent service and ensuring problem resolution.
  • Participates in social learning within the organization, including networking, mentoring, and job shadowing.
  • Participates in formal learning activities and completes related projects.
  • Participates as an analyst/associate in the line of business development program.

Requirements

  • Minimum GPA of 3.2.
  • Requires a valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to travel up to 65% and have access to reliable transportation for daily customer location commuting.
  • Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for the role.
  • This position is subject to the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act (FDIA) and, for any registered role, the Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 (SAFE Act) and/or the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), which prohibit the hiring of individuals with certain criminal history.
