About the Role

As the Assistant Golf Professional, you will lead, direct, and manage all aspects of our premier private golf facility. You will work closely with other golf professionals to supervise and manage total golf operations, ensuring a high level of service that meets Membership expectations. This role is crucial in enhancing the overall golf experience at our club by promoting and teaching the game.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and manage all aspects of the golf facility.
• Supervise and manage total golf operations.
• Assist the Golf Shop Merchandiser with concession duties.
• Maintain Golf Shop controls.
• Assist with hard goods buying.
• Assist with the starter on the first tee.
• Marshal the golf course.
• Play golf with Members.
• Promote and teach the game of golf using V1 teaching software.
• Coordinate summer sports camps and junior programs.

Requirements

• Level 2 or higher PGA education.
• High School diploma and/or GED required.
• Two to five years' experience in a high-end private golf operation.
• Ability to work weekends/holidays as required.
• Exceptional Member service skills.
• Excellent interpersonal/relationship skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft & Golf Genius.
• Teaching/Coaching experience preferred.
• Playing ability.
