About the Role
Join the World's Largest Midas Franchisee, now part of the Mavis Tire Family, as a full-time Automotive Technician in Syracuse, NY. This role is crucial for our state-of-the-art service, repair, and tire center.
Responsibilities
- Inspect, diagnose, and perform automotive mechanical services including brakes, struts, shocks, and routine maintenance.
- Complete state-mandated inspections and change oil/filters.
- Dismount, mount, rotate, and balance tires.
- Check fluids and replace worn automotive parts.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience/training in automotive repair, or a relevant combination of education and experience.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds.
- Value dependability, teamwork, and providing quality service in a fast-paced environment.
