About the Role
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for fulfilling the logistics behind receiving, processing, and storing inventory according to purchase orders and store policy. This associate will also be responsible for the setup, operation, and monitoring of machines daily inside the warehouse.
Responsibilities
- Retrieve the proper material in coordination with machine production
- Pull and prep orders for shipment
- Receive, verify, and stock all incoming material
- Return inventory after production to the correct location
- Communicate regularly with team members and management regarding concerns, discrepancies, and continuous improvement ideas
- Ensure warehouse is clean, organized, secure, and safe at all times
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Ability to push, pull, and lift product using material handling equipment
- Attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Background in warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory
- Working knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
- Product knowledge or the ability to learn quickly
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand/walk entire shift
