About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to join Unframe and support the scaling of our team as we develop our enterprise AI platform. This role involves managing the complete hiring lifecycle for critical engineering, product, and design positions, with a potential need to assist with sales hiring for the US GTM team. You will collaborate with founders and hiring managers to attract top talent, establish robust hiring processes, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

Responsibilities

Own and manage the end-to-end recruiting process.
Own hiring for R&D and product roles for the US market.
Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, sourcing strategies, and interview processes.
Proactively source strong candidates through direct outreach, referrals, and networks, maintaining an active pipeline.
Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through offer.
Track recruiting pipeline and hiring metrics to continuously improve processes.
Assist in implementing and maintaining recruiting tools and workflows.
Collaborate with the talent team to implement best practices.

Requirements

4-8 years of experience in recruiting at high-growth tech startups.
Experience hiring for technical roles (engineering, product, or design).
Hands-on sourcing experience and ability to engage candidates directly.
Familiarity with recruiting and HR tools (e.g. Greenhouse, Mataview, Linkedin Recruiter).
Strong ownership mentality and ability to manage multiple processes and roles.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Fluent English.
