About the Role
Peregrine helps public safety organizations, governments, and private-sector institutions address societal challenges using an AI-enabled platform that turns data into operational intelligence for faster decision-making. The Implementation Manager will own the deployment of Peregrine's platform for public safety customers, directing AI agents through configuration and integration to ensure timely and successful launches.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end deployment lifecycle for a portfolio of customers, from kickoff through go-live.
- Direct AI agents to execute integrations, configure ontologies and data models, and set up customer-specific front-end configurations.
- Drive and unblock network access and data source connectivity, coordinating internally and engaging with customer IT stakeholders.
- Facilitate virtual kickoffs and working sessions to align stakeholders and establish project cadence.
- Run lean, self-service-oriented QA and training sessions to upskill customer POCs.
- Manage permissions configuration end-to-end, gathering requirements, directing agents, and testing outputs.
- Maintain rigorous task management across concurrent deployments, surfacing and escalating blockers.
- Identify patterns to refine agent prompts, improve deployment playbooks, and raise quality.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in enterprise software implementation, technical project management, or customer-facing deployment roles.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent implementation projects against tight timelines.
- Comfort with technical concepts like data connectivity, credential management, permissions structures, and data model configuration.
- Exceptional written communication and documentation skills.
- Experience working with customers that have limited IT resources or low technical sophistication.
- High agency and low ego; ability to figure things out and keep moving.
- You are a relentless project manager who tracks every open item and holds stakeholders accountable.
- You are fluent in the language of data systems and can work with engineering teams to diagnose and unblock issues.
- You are skilled at navigating complex organizations and remain calm when facing roadblocks.
- You are a clear, direct communicator who defaults to structured, asynchronous information-gathering.
