About the Role
The Coordinator, Behavioral Health Vendor Management supports Oscar's delegated vendors by managing project/program related tasks and individual projects. This role reports to the Director, Network Contracting.
Responsibilities
- Oversee program implementation including configuration, testing, and monitoring of all elements of services administered by our vendors/stakeholders.
- Manage inbound escalations, validate the issue, identify root cause, and communicate timely resolution to stakeholders.
- Review internal and external audit requests and coordinate with vendors and/or project stakeholders as required.
- Support business alignment and oversight with key stakeholders by providing cross-program support to program leads.
- Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience with claim testing and Quality Assurance (QA).
- Experience with ticketing system (such as Jira).
- Experience with payers offering ACA/health exchange insurance.
- Experience using analytical tools, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
