About the Role

Drive recruiting efforts for supervisory, management, and administrative positions across multiple locations and lines of business. Manage job postings, source and screen candidates, partner with hiring managers, support interview and selection processes, and help move offers forward. Report to the Director of the People Team and track talent acquisition data to identify process gaps and improvements. This role strengthens teams that create meaningful employment opportunities for people with disabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake through sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer coordination, and candidate handoff.
  • Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to clarify role needs, align on selection strategy, and establish realistic timelines.
  • Create clear job postings and interview questions that reflect the required experience and business need for the role.
  • Screen, assess, and present candidates with clear, insightful recommendations.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the interview process, including virtual interviews and onsite panel interviews.
  • Support offer development and negotiations by gathering relevant market, compensation, and internal equity information as needed.
  • Coordinate background checks and support new employee orientation activities as needed.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies across multiple channels for critical, high volume, recurring, and hard to fill positions.
  • Build candidate pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, professional organizations, and direct outreach.
  • Monitor talent market trends and adjust sourcing strategies to improve candidate flow and quality.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing updates and support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate candidate activity and status updates in the Applicant Tracking System throughout the hiring process.
  • Manage candidate communications, offer letters, and travel arrangements for visiting candidates as needed.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders by guiding expectations, identifying potential gaps, and helping drive effective hiring solutions.
  • Partner with hiring managers, People Team Business Partners, and other internal stakeholders to understand workforce needs and align recruitment activity with company objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with hiring teams to support accountability, credibility, and consistent results.
  • Lead post-hire debriefs and apply feedback to hiring processes.
  • Coordinate with third party recruiting agencies for specialized or hard to fill searches while maintaining alignment on role requirements, candidate quality, and hiring timelines.
  • Monitor recruiting metrics, pipeline health, and hiring activity to identify bottlenecks, trends, and opportunities to improve outcomes.
  • Prepare clear recruiting updates, reports, and insights for People Team leadership and other stakeholders as needed.
  • Maintain reporting tools and dashboards to support visibility into Talent Acquisition activity and performance.
  • Support compliance related recruiting processes, including required data collection and coordination with People Team members and third-party vendors.
  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies, applicable regulations, and labor laws.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador by sharing PCSI’s mission, values, culture, work environment, and total rewards information with candidates and external talent communities.
  • Partner with Marketing and internal stakeholders to support consistent employer branding across recruiting platforms, including LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, and related channels.
  • Represent the company at recruiting events, networking functions, and industry forums to strengthen market presence and candidate engagement.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, tools, job aids, and candidate experience while supporting People Team special projects as needed.
  • Stay informed on recruiting trends and bring forward practical ideas for process improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum three (3) years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting multiple positions, hiring managers, and business functions in a multi-site or matrixed environment.
  • Experience sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms to support recruiting operations, reporting, and candidate management.
  • Experience using recruiting metrics and data to support decision-making, reporting, and process improvement.
  • Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Experience recruiting in federal contracting, government services, nonprofit, healthcare, workforce development, manufacturing, skilled trades, or similar environments.
  • Experience supporting both exempt and non-exempt hiring.
  • Experience recruiting across diverse job families, including corporate, operational, professional, technical, and field-based positions.
  • Experience developing recruiting metrics, dashboards, or workforce reports.
  • Experience with UKG Recruiting and Onboarding.
  • Must be located in the Austin, TX metro area.

Salary/Compensations

  • Annual bonus opportunity up to 8%
