About the Role
As the Director of Revenue Strategy, you will drive the strategy and execution of the Revenue Strategy roadmap, focusing on revenue collection, managing the P&L for the revenue strategy operations team, and developing a best-in-class patient experience for navigating insurance. This role involves building a team, driving leadership alignment, and reporting to the Head of Revenue and Provider Network Strategy. It's a high-ownership, GM-style role ideal for someone who thrives in building and executing strategy, enjoys high ownership, and can balance detail-orientation with big-picture vision. This is a unique opportunity to build from the ground up at a mission-driven, fast-growing healthcare company.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Revenue Strategy roadmap, maximizing revenue collection.
- Drive operational efficiency across the team.
- Build a best-in-class insurance-navigation experience for patients.
- Stand up 0→1 infrastructure as we expand into new care models and partnerships.
- Build and refine analytical models to guide prioritization across Revenue Strategy and cross-functional teams.
- Act as GM and cross-functional quarterback across Operations, Commercial, Finance, and Product to deliver on the Revenue Strategy roadmap.
- Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to evaluate initiatives, surface insights, and inform executive decision-making.
- Design the Revenue Strategy operating model for new products and partnerships.
- Build infrastructure from 0→1 and scale it across offerings in partnership with cross-functional teams.
- Drive alignment across teams and build scalable processes for smooth transition of new initiatives into core operations.
- Manage a high-performing team of 10+ internal and 30+ external team members.
Requirements
- 6–10+ years blending strategy work (consulting, finance) with hands-on startup execution.
- Experience owning ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end.
- Ability to operate like a GM, quarterbacking across Operations, Commercial, Finance, and Product.
- Ability to build trust with executives and drive alignment.
- First-principles thinker who questions the way things are done and spots better ways of operating.
- Ability to turn first-principles thinking into real operational change.
- Highly analytical and data-driven.
- Ability to build and refine analytical models and use them to drive prioritization and decisions.
- Detail-oriented without losing sight of the big picture.
- Comfortable in the weeds of a P&L or an operating model and stepping back to see how it fits the broader roadmap.
- Exceptional operator capable of building from 0→1.
- Enjoy the operational rigor that comes with executing on strategy.
- Thrive in ambiguity with strong judgment and a bias toward action.
- Comfort navigating complexity.

About the Company
- Health is the most important thing in life, and the American healthcare system is completely broken - poor outcomes, high cost, bad patient experience. We're building a new system from the ground up.
- Our mission is to improve people’s health by making it easy to live a healthy lifestyle.
- Nourish is the country's largest dietitian-led metabolic health clinic. We’re an AI-native digital health system matching patients with 10,000+ Registered Dietitians, physicians, medications, lab testing, and AI agents to deliver insurance-covered care across all 50 states.
- Founded four years ago, we've completed millions of appointments, tripled year-over-year, and partnered with health plans covering 200M+ Americans across 250+ health systems.
- In 2026 we raised a $100M Series C, bringing total funding to $215M. The round was led by Menlo Ventures, with participation from Thrive Capital, Index Ventures, J.P. Morgan Growth Equity Partners, Maverick Ventures, Y Combinator, BoxGroup, Atomico, Daybreak, and Operator Partners.

- This is not a job for everyone. We hold an extremely high bar because we believe talent density is our biggest competitive advantage.
- We're looking for people who actively choose hard, ambiguous problems, who run toward unglamorous work, give and receive candid feedback, and bring relentless resilience without the ego.
- Our work is important, but we are not self-important. We do this because we’re solving one of the hardest problems in the world, and the problem matters.
- If that's you, we disproportionately reward it.
