About the Role
This Project Manager position is within our Environmental Division and will support a client's office in the Rochester, NY area on a remote basis. The role involves comprehensive management services for multi-year operations and capital programs, providing a customized mix of business consulting, project management, financial control, and administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and calculate annual budgets and quarterly REV adjustments for management presentation.
- Complete Rate Case inquiry requests with timely replies, coordinating with the Director for data maintenance.
- Provide ESG/GSP Committee data support and backup for large capital projects/purchases.
- Perform ad hoc reporting for the client’s Fleet capital and operations property.
- Ensure Fleet data resources are efficient and well-maintained using various reporting structures.
- Support the client’s Director in the day-to-day operational management of fleet data management.
- Communicate effectively with external fleet vendors.
- Ensure fleet property records meet regulations, environmental standards, and health and safety requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years in SAP Production ERP Global, including reporting, data maintenance, and Framework Environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word and Excel Databases.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse individuals both internally and externally.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple complex tasks with minimal supervision.
- Adherence to company policies, procedures, and client objectives.
- Strong computer, writing, and general mathematical skills.
