About the Role

As Team Leader, you are responsible for the store’s overall success in a hands-on leadership role focused on performance, operations, and customer experience. The Team Leader sets the tone for the store by modeling our Core Values, building a strong team culture, and ensuring every shift runs efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, coach, and retain a strong team
• Set expectations, drive accountability, and build a positive team culture
• Create schedules that support the business and control labor costs
• Oversee daily operations, cash handling, and store readiness
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and equipment functionality
• Drive sales through merchandising, availability, and service
• Manage inventory, expenses, and store performance
• Deliver excellent service and resolve customer issues promptly
• Maintain a welcoming, customer-first environment
• Follow company policies and all safety and regulatory standards
• Promote a safe, secure environment for employees and customers
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 9–12 months of leadership experience in retail, convenience, or a similar fast-paced environment, or equivalent education and experience
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and basic math skills
• Ability to multitask, adapt quickly, and manage sales, expenses, and inventory
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Motivated to contribute to a performance-driven team
• Must be 21+ years of age
• Constant standing, bending and reaching with a moderate amount of manual dexterity
• Frequent lifting up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working in varied environments, including outdoor areas during hot summer conditions as well as cold indoor spaces, such as walk-in freezers

Benefits
