About the Role

As a Franchise Partner, you will lead your own consulting office within an established network in one of Germany's fastest-growing markets. This role offers the opportunity to build and manage your own location, provide personal consultations to seniors and their families, and facilitate the placement of care workers. You will also be responsible for regional marketing, building local networks, and offering ongoing customer support.

Responsibilities

Build and lead your own location in a protected sales territory.
Personally advise seniors and their families.
Arrange for Eastern European care workers for home care.
Implement regional marketing and sales initiatives.
Develop a network with local multipliers such as hospitals, care centers, and senior advisory services.
Support and care for clients throughout the entire contract duration.
Act as a solution-oriented contact for questions and challenges in daily care.

Requirements

Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset.
Passion for social issues (care experience not required).
Empathy, resilience, and professional handling of sensitive life situations.
Enjoy networking and are comfortable with phone calls and in-person conversations.
Ideally, experience in sales or consulting-intensive activities.
Willingness to take responsibility and commit long-term.
