About the Role

This role is crucial in developing a new strategic marketing function to promote high-quality products, support business growth, and increase customer reach. It suits individuals who enjoy marketing, understanding products and customers, and identifying effective channels. The role offers the opportunity for creative campaign development and ownership.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across Integral Memory, Integral LED, and Integral brands, covering product launches, go-to-market plans, and strategic priorities.
  • Deliver brand- and knowledge-raising campaigns, including thought leadership, education, and awareness activities, to build reputation and maintain brand consistency.
  • Develop campaign plans with clear objectives, target audiences, channels, timelines, and success metrics, subject to Marketing Director approval.
  • Coordinate necessary people and assets for each campaign, including briefing the production team, collaborating with Product Marketing Manager on audience and messaging, and ensuring alignment with the plan and deadlines.
  • Launch campaigns across a mix of channels such as email, web, paid media, social media, e-commerce, and exhibitions, applying best practices for each.
  • Manage campaigns according to a calendar that supports product launches, seasonal trade activities, and ongoing demand generation.
  • Track campaign performance against agreed metrics, report on results, and provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Review and enhance campaign effectiveness by using data insights to improve future campaign returns, in collaboration with Marketing Operations.
  • Ensure accurate campaign tracking for result attribution and visibility of marketing's contribution to the business.
  • Execute campaigns using the martech stack, including setting up automation, workflows, audience segmentation, and tracking for reliable execution and data capture.
  • Allocate dedicated campaign activity for Integral Memory, ensuring consistent marketing focus alongside Integral LED.
  • Align campaigns with live revenue opportunities and customer needs by collaborating with sales and product managers.
  • Adhere to agreed working methods that separate strategic campaign work from rapid production requests, prioritizing efforts that drive business growth and contribute to the setup and improvement of the new function.
  • Utilize AI tools responsibly to expedite campaign planning, drafting, and analysis, always reviewing and verifying the output.

Requirements

  • A relevant degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in planning and delivering marketing campaigns, preferably for brands and companies focused on physical products.
  • Demonstrated enjoyment in understanding products, customers, and their operating channels.
  • Proven track record of managing campaigns from planning through delivery, reporting, and improvement.
  • Solid understanding of various online and offline channels for audience reach, including email, web, print, paid media, PPC, social media, point of sale, out-of-home, e-commerce, exhibitions, and influencer collaborations.
  • Hands-on proficiency with martech tools, including CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), workflow creation, and campaign tracking/reporting setup.
  • Strong written communication skills for shaping campaign copy and messaging, and briefing others.
  • Experience in both agency and in-house environments is beneficial, as is a mix of B2B, B2C, D2C, and third-party or channel partner marketing.
  • Data-driven and creative approach, comfortable setting success metrics, interpreting results, and acting on insights.
  • Excellent organization and project management skills, capable of briefing and aligning multiple contributors, managing multiple campaigns concurrently, and maintaining timeliness and focus.
  • Confidence in dealing with internal stakeholders, managing clear briefs, expectations, and priorities.
  • Commercial mindset, with the ability to link campaign activities to revenue opportunities and business priorities.
