About the Role
We are building a new strategic marketing function to excel at marketing our high-quality products. This role is crucial in developing this function by fostering a clear understanding of our markets, audiences, and product value, ensuring marketing campaigns are customer-centric.
Responsibilities
- Act as the bridge between marketing and product managers, translating product knowledge into clear, audience-led marketing direction for Integral Memory and Integral LED.
- Own and maintain the marketing team’s persona knowledge base (buyer, customer, end-user, and product category personas), ensuring accuracy and currency.
- Develop clear value propositions and messaging for products, translating technical features into audience-relevant benefits.
- Collaborate with product managers on new ranges or repositioning efforts to understand products, markets, and customers to shape propositions.
- Conduct market and competitor research to assess opportunities and inform positioning.
- Establish and shape the go-to-market strategy for new products, identifying optimal channels, partners, and customer routes.
- Manage the end-to-end product launch process, from proposition to launch readiness, in coordination with the Campaign Manager.
- Lead the product-briefing process for new go-to-market products to ensure campaigns are built on accurate context.
- Partner with the Campaign Manager to ensure campaigns align with target audiences.
- Develop and share a deep understanding of markets, segments, and product use cases across the marketing team.
- Support dedicated marketing efforts for Integral Memory, including persona and proposition work for launches.
- Collaborate with product managers, sales, and content teams to ground messaging in customer needs and opportunities.
- Manage diverse stakeholders across product, sales, e-commerce, and divisions to align priorities behind a unified proposition.
- Contribute to shaping the positioning of both divisions and the development of the strategic marketing function's setup and ways of working.
- Utilize AI tools responsibly to accelerate persona, market, and proposition work, verifying all outputs.
