About the Role

Global Elite Group is seeking an Aviation Security professional to oversee operations in the Northeast region. This role involves maintaining client satisfaction and operational efficiency across multiple airport locations, requiring a strong understanding of Aviation Security principles, TSA regulations, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all station operations are performed consistently with agreed procedures and protocols.
• Coordinate with Airport Managers and fellow Regional Directors.
• Represent the company and interoperate with Airport Authority, TSA, CBP, and Airport Police.
• Meet with clients and stakeholders to ensure quality services, identify trends, and assure compliance.
• Monitor and guide subordinate Airport Managers.
• Manage and support station staffing and recruitment efforts.
• Support business development and station startups in the region.
• Travel throughout the region and to management meetings nationwide.
• Implement and support recruitment, staffing/scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Perform station/airport audits.
• Provide detailed responses to LOI’s and other inspection findings within two business days and oversee corrective actions.
• Ensure all security functions comply with TSA regulations and corporate policies.
• Evaluate station performance deficiencies and administer corrective measures.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll reporting.
• Ensure all FRS reports are accurate and on time.
• Assist with GM/SM/PM evaluations.
• Implement cost-effective measures across regional airport operations.
• Coordinate with the Training and Compliance department on all station personnel training.
• Ensure safeguarding of company equipment and vehicles.
• Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to clients.
• Conduct weekly meetings with stations to ensure support and needs are met.
• Attend KAAMCO, NIAAMCO, TFAC meetings.
• Prepare for and attend monthly client performance meetings.

Requirements

• U.S. citizen, U. S. national or permanent resident.
• Valid state issued driver's license with clean driving record.
• At least five (5) years relevant experience in a major installation or business.
• Resides within commuting distance of JFK, EWR, LGA, BOS or PWM.
• Within the past five (5) years, must have successful experience managing a major security or screening operation.
• Working knowledge of the aviation security industry.
• Available to work various hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Willing and able to participate in a drug test.
• Willing to pass a 10-year verifiable background check.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain SIDA badge with Customs seal.
• Must be able to pass initial and recurrent training classes.

Salary/Compensations

• $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 Salary/year
