About the Role
Mollie Stone’s Markets is seeking an Experienced Starbucks Manager to oversee the Coffee Kiosk at our Grand Central store in Pacific Heights, San Francisco. The ideal candidate has a passion for coffee, previous management experience, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all Coffee employees.
- Maintain positive and productive relationships with team members, the store, and other departments.
- Provide consistent quality beverages that satisfy customers.
- Assist staff in building expertise in coffee, teas, and merchandise to accurately answer customer questions and offer recommendations.
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and attractiveness of the kiosk interior and exterior.
Requirements
- Previous coffee and supervisor/management experience.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Demonstrate professionalism and attention to detail.
- Able to work a flexible shift, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
- Local candidates only.
- Must be able to regularly lift at least 25 lbs.
- Able to stand up to 8 hours per day.
- Able to sit up to 1 hour per day.
- Able to walk up to 8 hours per day.
- Able to reach up to 4 hours per day.
