Join Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Senior Manager, Business Development and contribute to strategic growth in qPCR working closely with our BU team and commercial organization. In this leadership role, you'll develop and implement effective business strategies to expand our market presence and deliver comprehensive scientific solutions to our customers. You'll coordinate with teams while building and maintaining senior-level relationships with key accounts to improve market share and drive success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective business strategies to expand market presence and deliver scientific solutions.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Implement strategic plans and ensure successful execution of sales initiatives.
  • Track project pipelines and analyze market trends.
  • Provide valuable insights to senior management.
  • Promote Thermo Fisher's diverse portfolio of products and services.
  • Build long-term partnerships with industry leaders.

Requirements

  • Leadership abilities with experience managing and developing teams.
  • Demonstrated success in consultative selling and strategic account management.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen with ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
  • Experience working effectively in matrix organizations and cross-functional environments.
  • Experience in international business environments and working across cultures valued.
  • Proven ability to influence and coordinate activities across teams without direct reporting relationships.

  • $118,100.00–$177,200.00
  • Variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results
