Responsibilities

Elevate financial reporting and data analysis capabilities.
Collaborate with finance, accounting, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and accuracy of financial systems.
Lead initiatives to revamp the budgeting system, enhancing Hyperion Planning functionalities for improved forecasting and efficiency.
Develop and maintain SmartView reports.
Optimize Excel for user-friendly reporting.
Support financial planning and budgeting processes.
Troubleshoot SmartView performance issues.
Provide end-user training.
Monitor data accuracy across Hyperion applications.
Anticipate and prevent delays or other issues that can adversely affect the customer.
Keep customers informed about the status of pending actions and inquiries.

Requirements

3+ years of experience with Hyperion SmartView, Essbase, Planning, or related financial systems.
Strong Excel skills, including proficiency in formulas, macros, and automation techniques with SmartView.
Hands-on experience with Hyperion Planning functionalities for budgeting and forecasting.
Demonstrated ability to revamp, automate, or optimize budgeting systems.
Solid background in financial reporting, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), or accounting.
Strong understanding of budgeting and forecasting processes.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail.
Proactive approach in anticipating and preventing potential delays that could impact customer satisfaction.
Effective communication skills for keeping stakeholders informed.
