About the Role

Tahoe is building AI-native tools that change how drug discovery gets done. Our flagship agentic product, Tara, is becoming the connective tissue across our platform, serving as the primary interaction point for scientists, engineers, and models. This role involves making Tara robust, delightful, and secure, suitable for individuals who have shipped real products in small teams and thrive on AI-native challenges.

Responsibilities

Build Tara's end-to-end product surface, including frontend, backend, real-time infrastructure, and secure integrations.
Partner with engineers and scientists to translate research capabilities into user-loved product experiences.
Develop the next wave of AI-native tools and integrations to accelerate drug discovery.
Establish standards for full-stack development, focusing on reliability, real-time user experience, product velocity, and debugging.

Requirements

Deep experience as a full-stack or product engineer in a startup or fast-moving team environment.
Proven ability to own ambitious products end-to-end, from concept to production.
Proficiency across a modern web stack with thoughtful tool selection.
Demonstrated track record of building scalable, reliable, and secure applications.
Strong communication and collaboration skills within a fluid team structure.
