About the Role

Support strategic development and talent initiatives across the Dulcedo network, working at the intersection of innovation and execution to build talent services and connect with clients and partners.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of new, first-in-kind talent services and offerings.
• Support day-to-day organization for hero talents.
• Conduct market research on emerging trends, platforms, and competitor offerings.
• Assist in building frameworks, decks, and internal documentation for new initiatives.
• Identify and map potential brand, platform, and industry partners for Talent Development & Dulcedo.
• Support outreach, relationship-building efforts and booking meetings for the TD team (e.g., NYFW).
• Support data collection & analysis for the Annual Satisfaction Survey.
• Assist in developing platform-specific growth strategies (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
• Support content audits, 90-day roadmaps and performance tracking.
• Help ideate content series, formats, and creative directions for talent.
• Contribute to content calendars and rollout strategies.
• Monitor trends, sounds, and cultural moments for real-time content opportunities.
• Assist in preparing strategy presentations and talent-facing materials.
• Assist in workshop preparation, slide decks, research, and speaker notes.

Requirements

• Comfortable being talent-facing and client-facing.
• Extraverted and a confident communicator.
• Highly organized with strong project management instincts, able to juggle multiple talents and priorities.
• Detail-oriented, especially regarding deck formatting and consistency.
• Proactive and self-directed.
• Genuinely passionate about the creator economy, not just social media.
