About the Role

PNC's Commercial & Corporate Banking Development Program is a 24-30 month experience designed to teach essential skills for a successful banking career. Participants will gain exposure to various banking disciplines, financial solutions, and PNC's product suite, preparing them for production roles within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Participates as an analyst/associate in the line of business development program.
  • Performs or assists core group activities by applying knowledge to drive business results.
  • Supports deal, sales, process, customer interaction, or internal projects.
  • Works under supervision with limited approval or exception authority.
  • Participates in social learning, including networking, mentoring, job shadowing, and community outreach.
  • Participates in formal learning (classroom, web-based, virtual) and completes related activities.
  • Supports internal and external customer experience by providing excellent service and ensuring problem resolution.

Requirements

  • Minimum GPA of 3.2.
  • Roles are filled by recent university/college graduates with little or no professional experience but possessing relevant skills.
  • Includes individuals joining through a corporate development/training program.
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
  • Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role.
  • This position is subject to federal regulations regarding criminal history.
