About the Role

The Smilist is seeking a reliable, friendly, and motivated Dental Patient Coordinator to join their growing practice and contribute to their mission of providing high-quality dental care in a warm, welcoming, and professional environment.

Responsibilities

  • Answer the office phone and distribute calls or messages accordingly
  • Check-in patients, including verifying insurance and confirming patient information
  • Collect payments
  • Communicate patient arrivals promptly
  • Manage administrative records
  • Ensure office success by getting patients into the office

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of proven experience as a Dental Receptionist
  • Prior Dentrix experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Attention to detail and a positive attitude
