About the Role
Develop and maintain systems, rules, and processes to ensure fulfillment of internal and external requirements. Ensures that projects and products are capable and will meet specified standards. Interprets internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes, or services. Utilizes understanding of industry trends to inform decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor overall process mapping for quality improvement purposes.
- Standardize processes, tools, and performance management systems.
- Lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and complexity.
- Present business solutions to leaders in the functional area.
- Communicate complex messages and negotiate internally to adopt different points of view.
- Influence peers to take action and negotiate with external partners, vendors, or customers.
- Lead others to find creative solutions to address complex problems that may impact the organization.
- Evaluate the quality of information received and question conflicting data for analysis.
- Use multiple internal and external resources outside of the function to arrive at a decision.
Requirements
- Significant experience in Quality & Business Process Management (for roles outside of the USA).
- Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience) (for roles outside of the USA).
- Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)) (for roles in USA).

- Geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas (USA)
