Performs various tasks in the cafeteria and kitchen related to the assembly and service of food products.
Responsibilities
- Operates the cash register
- Applies proper cash handling techniques
- Maintains sanitation and cleaning of assigned areas in the kitchen and café
- Provides customer service to staff, guests, and patients in the café area
Requirements
- Demonstrates skill in cash handling, portioning, food delivery, and customer service
- Possesses knowledge of policies and procedures related to cash handling, customer service, and food distribution
- Able to work independently and flexibly in decision-making and prioritizing assignments
- Able to develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with associates, customers, guests, and patients
- Actively guards the confidentiality of sensitive information
