About the Role
Crestwood is seeking a compassionate individual to join their team as a Recovery Coach, assisting in the provision of therapeutic milieu, monitoring clients, facilitating rehabilitation groups, and aiding in crisis intervention. This role is crucial in supporting clients on their recovery journey within a model of care focused on personal empowerment and skill development.
Responsibilities
- Assisting in the provision of the therapeutic milieu

- Providing rehabilitation groups under supervision
- Assisting in crisis intervention
- Other duties as assigned by leadership
Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma/GED
