About the Role
Join the CCB Treasury Analytics team to manage JPM’s fortress balance sheet and support decision making in areas including interest rate risk, capital, liquidity, transfer pricing, valuation, and balance sheet strategy. Your work will directly influence the Firm’s asset-liability management strategy and drive best practices and profitability across the Consumer and Community Bank.
Responsibilities
- Preparing BAU reports for consumption by senior management and business partners
- Designing and executing accurate, high-integrity financial analyses to guide business decisions
- Creating high-quality, well-structured presentation materials for senior audiences and clearly communicating the team’s work to senior and junior colleagues
- Building relationships, influencing stakeholders, and owning end-to-end work streams to achieve the team’s goals
- Leveraging AI tools to create efficiencies in key work streams and deeper understanding of key content
Requirements
- Highly self-motivated, comfortable in fast-paced environments, and intellectual curiosity for finding and capturing business value
- 2+ years of full-time work experience in finance, investment banking, or strategy
- Demonstrated ability to pick up complex concepts quickly, address ambiguous problems with quantitative analytical approaches, communicate effectively and confidently (both oral and written), and work well in cross-functional teams
- Quantitatively focused undergraduate or graduate degree (e.g., finance, economics, mathematics, engineering) or other demonstrated quantitative and analytical ability
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
