About the Role
Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) are hired to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in building independence, confidence, and meaningful connections in their community.
Responsibilities
- Support individuals as they learn skills that promote independence, community integration, and personal growth.
- Assist with community outings, volunteer roles, hobbies, and other activities that help individuals reach their goals.
- Provide coaching, companionship, and hands-on support based on each person’s unique needs and goals.
- Document services provided and share observations about progress and achievements.
- Be part of a mission-driven team that values service, excellence, and responsibility.
