About the Role

Responsibilities

Delight customers with consistent, welcoming, and engaging customer service, turning every customer into a regular.
Work within a world-class coffee program using the best coffee equipment and product to prepare drinks.
Complete all training for proper handling of food and beverage to retain freshness and quality.
Implement systems to avoid product wastage, following and adjusting par levels as needed.
Maintain Local Department of Health standards at all times.
Possess full knowledge and adherence to all product, service, and brand training playbooks.
Participate in initiatives with Operations and Marketing teams to increase foot traffic, new customers, daily sales, operational profitability, and develop a loyal customer base.

Requirements

1+ years of experience in a customer service position, preferably in hospitality or coffee.
18+ years of age.
Able to lift 25+ lbs and stand for long periods.
Availability that meets cafe needs.
Weekend and holiday availability preferred.
Authorized to work in the U.S. and complete Form I-9.
