Responsibilities

Delight customers with consistent, welcoming, and engaging customer service.
Work within a world-class coffee program using the best coffee equipment and product to prepare drinks.
Complete all training to ensure proper handling of food and beverage to retain freshness and quality.
Implement systems to avoid product wastage and adjust par levels as needed.
Maintain Local Department of Health standards at all times.
Adhere to all product, service, and brand training playbooks.
Participate in initiatives to increase foot traffic, new customers, daily sales, and operational profitability.

Requirements

1+ years of experience in a customer service position, preferably in hospitality or coffee.
18+ years of age.
Able to lift 25+ lbs.
Able to stand for long periods of time.
Availability that meets the needs of our cafes.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and complete Form I-9 with acceptable documents.
Weekend and holiday availability preferred.
