About the Role
Sales Representatives initiate and manage customer relationships, serving as the primary point of contact. This role focuses on growing a paint sales territory within the Residential Repaint market segment by securing new wholesale accounts and maintaining existing ones.
Responsibilities
- Initiate and manage customer relationships.
- Serve as the point of contact for the Company.
- Grow a paint sales territory focused on the Residential Repaint market segment.
- Secure new wholesale accounts.
- Maintain existing customer accounts.
- Utilize professional selling tools for pre-call planning and documenting sales calls.
- Develop a territory market strategy.
- Conduct product demonstrations.
- Conduct competitive product comparisons.
Requirements
- Job duties involve contact with customers, which may include minors.
- Access to cash and other payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise and other items of value may be supervised or unsupervised.
- A review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business, its operations, reputation, and the safety of customers, staff, employees, vendors, contractors, and the general public.
