About the Role
As a working student in the Sales team, you will be the first point of contact for potential new customers, transforming inquiries into genuine customer relationships. You will manage the entire sales funnel, from initial contact to contract closing, ensuring customers feel well-supported throughout the process.
Responsibilities
- Contact new leads promptly; inquiries are inbound.
- Assess customer needs to understand their requirements.
- Explain financing options through the health insurance fund.
- Address customer concerns, providing clarity and outlining next steps.
- Build trust and establish relationships at eye level with sensitivity.
- Guide conversations towards a close using established guidelines.
- Document cases in the system, gather necessary documents, and initiate applications.
- Collaborate with other teams and contribute to sales pitches and processes.
- Provide updates in company meetings, initiate projects, or take responsibility for specific topics.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled as a student.
- Proficient in German (minimum C1 level) for effective communication.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills with sensitivity in handling delicate situations.
- Ambitious and goal-oriented, motivated by sales success.
- Resilient in the face of rejection and persistent in follow-up.
- Efficient, structured, and reliable work approach, capable of managing multiple tasks.
- Team player with a willingness to learn and collaborate across departments.
- Interest in startup culture, contributing ideas, and adapting to changes.
- Previous experience in sales is advantageous.
- Affinity for or experience in the social or healthcare sector is a plus.
