Responsibilities
- Check in patients upon arrival
- Verify and update patient demographics
- Collect outstanding balances and co-pays
- Assist with scheduling labs, x-rays, procedures, or testing, and send orders
- Take messages and triage phone calls
Requirements
- Schedule patient appointments
- Good time management and prioritization skills
- Good computer skills (Medent and Microsoft Office utilized)
- High school diploma or equivalent
