About the Role

As a Sous Chef, you will create a culture of food exploration, innovation, and education for customers and employees. You will cook meals on the stove, grill, pizza oven, and utilize kitchen utensils and tools. The Sous Chef is a team player, filling in for the Executive Chef as needed, upholding quality standards in food preparation and cleanliness, and maintaining an atmosphere of customer engagement with fast and friendly service.
