Lia Honda Williamsville is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee flow of Drive Lane, ensuring prompt, courteous, and effective customer service.
- Communicate all repair information and recommendations from technicians to customers.
- Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries via phone or in person.
- Ensure technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
- Distribute work efficiently among technicians.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Positive, friendly attitude with a customer service mentality.
- Ability to enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
