Responsibilities

Perform all MRI examinations scheduled.
Ensure all safety measures are strictly adhered to in accordance with MRI safety standards.
Responsible for images being properly sent to PACS for physician review.
Maintain confidentiality of all written and electronic information and observe patient rights.
Maintain a positive work environment by behaving and communicating in a manner that gets along with co-workers, patients, physicians and management.
Perform safe MRI examinations.
Ensure patient safety within the MRI suite.
Check daily MRI schedule to ensure all prescriptions are ready for the next day.
Maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner that gets along with patients, clients, co-workers, and management.
Perform all other duties assigned by the Director of Radiology.

Requirements

Prior high-field MRI experience in a hospital and/or radiology center.
Radiologic Technology degree minimum.
RT and/or MRI license.
ARRT registered.
