About the Role
WCMHS is seeking a Child Clinician to join a collaborative outpatient team dedicated to improving the mental health and well-being of individuals in Washington County. This role involves providing evidence-based clinical support to children and families, working with multidisciplinary partners to deliver coordinated care, and fostering stability, resilience, and growth.
Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and treat children with a wide range of mental health concerns.
- Develop and implement personalized intervention plans.
- Conduct assessments to identify students’ behavioral and emotional needs.
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive and integrated services.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with agency and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Master’s degree and be license eligible.
- One year of experience providing therapy support and clinical services to children.
- Clean driving record and access to safe, reliable, and insured vehicle.
- The ability to deliver services and complete treatment notes in English.
