About the Role
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for handling our Annual Maintenance Club Tune Ups. Our team will train you on everything you need to know to thrive in your very own market. No previous experience with garage doors required.
Responsibilities
- Handling Annual Maintenance Club Tune Ups
- Completing garage door inspections following a checklist
- Handling call back visits
- Turning negative experiences into positive experiences
- Educating customers on their door and inspection findings
- Receiving POs for the warehouse and updating inventory
- Assisting with load outs for techs and installers
- Maintaining physical counts in the warehouse and updating inventory
Requirements
- Must be nice
- Able to bend, climb, kneel, and stand for long periods
- Physically able to lift 50lbs
- Valid driver's license for at least 3 years with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test (not including THC) and criminal background check
- Knowledge of basic software (navigation apps, Google) and tablet/computer use
- Basic knowledge of hand tools
- Reading and basic math skills (measurements, payments) required
- Professional appearance
- Current eligibility to legally work in the United States
