About the Role
This licensed esthetician role focuses on skin, encompassing the consultation, treatment, homecare plan, and rebooking of guests. You will deliver customized and corrective facials, hydradermabrasion treatments, superficial chemical peels, enzyme exfoliation, extractions, dermaplaning, and LED therapy within the New York esthetician scope of practice and center protocols. You will also run skin consultations, analyze skin, set expectations, build treatment cadences and homecare plans, rebook guests, recommend memberships and products, and refer guests to appropriate licensed providers for services outside the esthetician scope. Maintaining treatment-room sanitation, infection control, product inventory, and clinical documentation to medical-practice standards is also key.
